🎮 Game Concept:
Each player starts with a set of cards and works to grow their position by collecting properties, making smart moves, and using action cards wisely.

🔥 Main Goal:
Be the first player to collect 3 complete property sets and win the game

🟡 How to Play (Simple & Clear):

• Each player is dealt 5 cards
• The remaining deck is placed in the center
• On each turn, a player:
  • Draws 2 cards
  • Can play up to 3 cards (optional)
• Cards can be used in different ways:
  • Add money to your bank
  • Place property cards in front of you
  • Use action cards to affect the game

🟡 Important Rules:

• Players cannot hold more than 7 cards in hand
• Payments to other players can be made using:
  • Banked money
  • Or property cards
• Played cards cannot be returned to your hand
• If the draw pile runs out, the discard pile is reshuffled
• If a player runs out of cards, they can draw 5 cards instead of 2
